Free Delivery Terms
Delivery is free for orders to all UK Mainland locations, excluding the remote Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or indeed, any other off-shore island. 

Orders are usually shipped, at our discretion, by one of the leading couriers such as UPS, DHL, ParcelForce, FedEx etc.  Deliveries can take place any time between Mon - Fri between 7am - 6pm.  We are NOT able to specify a specific delivery time.  Please note that deliveries may be made later than 6pm during busy periods such as Christmas.
A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is home to receive and sign for the delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at the driver’s discretion, or a card will be left with instructions for a re-delivery or collection from a local depot or Post Office.

Shipping outside of UK Mainland

Please note where the courier charges us extra for an area they consider to be remote, we reserve the right to request the additional fee from our customer. This is very rare but if it happens we will always contact our customer and give the option of cancelling the order.

Custom Made orders and Bespoke orders are subject to 12-16 weeks delivery.  It is important to realise that once an order of this nature has been placed, it is passed on to the manufacturer for production and cannot be cancelled.  The customer is NOT entitled to a refund under any circumstances with this type of special order.  We also reserve the right to charge for shipping a Bespoke Rug over the size of 200x300cm.

Insurance
Orders over £100 will be insured at our cost.
